Are your products intended for human use?
No. Our peptides are strictly intended for scientific laboratory research. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, nor for medical use.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. are dispatched the same day. Delivery within 3 working days in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (Mondial Relay), 3 to 4 days in Germany and Austria, 5 days in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland, and 3 to 6 working days to other countries. Delivery is free from €200.
How do I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored in the refrigerator (2 to 8°C), protected from light. After reconstitution, they are kept cold and used within the weeks that follow.
How to check the purity of your products?
Each batch is analyzed by HPLC and mass spectrometry. You can download or request the certificate of analysis for your batch from the Certificates page.
Do you accept professional orders?
Yes, we work with research laboratories. Contact us for dedicated invoicing and decreasing rates.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout the European Union. For a destination outside the EU, contact us to check feasibility.
