Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale govern the contract between AM SERVICES, which operates the PeptidLab website (the “Seller”), and any person (the “Customer”) who places an order on https://peptidlab.li.

Article 2 — Products

The products marketed are peptides intended exclusively for scientific laboratory research. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, nor for medical, therapeutic or diagnostic use. The Customer acknowledges this use by validating his order.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are specified before final validation of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the price appearing on the site on the day of the order being the only one applicable.

Article 4 — Order

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The order is only final after confirmation of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer with the summary and the order number.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe platform. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is confirmed. Mondial Relay times are indicative, after dispatch: about 3 working days in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, 3 to 4 days in Germany and Austria, 5 days in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland, and 3 to 6 working days to the other destinations we ship to. The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused. Return costs are borne by the Customer, including international carriage if the parcel is sent back to France from another country.

Exceptions: in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Article 8 — Warranties

The Seller guarantees the purity and identity of the products in accordance with the certificates of analysis (HPLC and mass spectrometry) provided on request. Any non-conformity must be reported within 7 days of receipt, by email to contact@peptidlab.li.

Article 9 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for any use of the products not in accordance with their intended purpose (laboratory research). The Customer is solely responsible for his use of the products ordered.

Article 10 — Personal data

The data collected as part of the order is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the site, in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 11 — Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer can use the MEDICYS mediation service free of charge, the contact details of which are available on the site medicys.fr.
