Delivery

At PeptidLab, research-peptide orders are prepared in France and handed to Mondial Relay, with a tracking number until delivery. Read this page before you order.

Parcels ship from France.

Order processing

• Orders placed before 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, leave the same day after payment is confirmed.
• Other orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
• During busy periods or public holidays, preparation can take a little longer.

We ship to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czechia and Switzerland.

Delivery times

The times below start after dispatch, with Mondial Relay. They are estimates, not a guarantee.

• France, Belgium and Luxembourg: about 3 working days.
• Germany and Austria: about 3 to 4 working days.
• Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland: about 5 working days.
• Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czechia and Switzerland: about 3 to 6 working days.
• A remote address can add extra time.

Shipping fees

• The fee is €7.90 in France and €14.99 for other countries. Delivery is free from €200.00, whatever the country.
• The exact amount is shown before payment. It does not depend on the parcel weight.
• Only one shipping method is offered: Mondial Relay.

Order tracking

After dispatch, you receive an email with the tracking number.

You can also track the parcel on the Track my order page, with the order number and the email you used.

Carrier

Parcels are handed to Mondial Relay. The pickup point depends on the address chosen at checkout.

Delivery delays

A delay can come from the weather, a public holiday, a check, a carrier incident or a high volume of parcels.

PeptidLab is not responsible for Mondial Relay delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect address

The address, postcode and pickup point given with the order must be correct.

• If the address is wrong, delivery can be delayed.
• An extra fee can be charged for sending the parcel again.
• A parcel returned because of a wrong address is sent again only after the delivery fee is paid once more.

Email us at contact@peptidlab.li as soon as you notice a mistake.

Lost or damaged parcel

Email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, or as soon as you receive the parcel if it is damaged.

Give the order number and attach photos if the parcel or the product is damaged.

We open an investigation with the carrier. An accepted claim can lead to a reshipment or a refund, under the returns policy.

Restrictions

All products are intended exclusively for laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption.

It is your responsibility to check that the order is allowed in your country.

We can refuse a shipment when the law prohibits it.
