Article 1 — Organiser
AM SERVICES, a French SAS registered with the Évry Trade and Companies Register under number 105 588 651, which runs the PeptidLab online shop (peptidlab.li, contact@peptidlab.li), organises a free giveaway with no purchase necessary called “PeptidLab Giveaway”.
Article 2 — Duration
The giveaway runs in one-week periods, on the dates shown on the giveaway page (peptidlab.li/jeu-concours), Paris time. Each week has its own draw.
The organiser may extend, shorten or stop the giveaway. Prizes for weeks that have already ended remain due to their winners.
Article 3 — Who can take part
The giveaway is open to any individual aged 18 or over who lives in one of the countries offered in the entry form. The organiser's staff and their families may not take part.
Only one entry per person for the whole giveaway: same name, same email address or same postal address.
Article 4 — How to take part
To take part, create a free customer account on peptidlab.li or sign in, then fill in the form on the giveaway page: country of residence, confirmation of being 18 or over and acceptance of these rules.
Taking part is free and requires no purchase. An order does not give any extra chance.
An entry counts for all draws of the weeks that end after the entry date, until the participant wins a prize.
Article 5 — Prizes
Each week's prize is shown on the giveaway page. It is either a voucher for the stated amount, usable once on products at peptidlab.li (excluding shipping costs) for 90 days, or a product shipped free of charge to the address given by the winner, in a country the site delivers to.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash. If a prize is no longer available, the organiser may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Like all PeptidLab products, the prizes are intended exclusively for scientific laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption.
Article 6 — Choosing the winners
At the end of each week, a winner is chosen by a random computer draw among participants who entered before the end of the week, live in a country open to the giveaway and have not yet won.
A person can win only one prize during the whole giveaway.
Article 7 — Notifying winners and delivering prizes
The winner is notified by email, at the address of their account. For a voucher, the code is in that email. For a product, the winner replies to the email with their delivery address within 14 days.
Without a reply within that time, or if the winner does not meet the conditions of these rules, the prize goes to another participant through a new draw.
Each winner's first name, last-name initial and country are shown on the giveaway page.
Article 8 — Fraud
Multiple entries, entries with false information or entries made by automated means lead to the participant's exclusion. The organiser may check the winner's identity, age and country of residence before handing over the prize.
Article 9 — Personal data
The data collected (last name, first name, email address, country of residence) is used only to run the giveaway, choose and notify the winners and deliver their prizes. It is kept for up to six months after the end of the giveaway.
Participants only receive PeptidLab's commercial offers if they have ticked the box provided for that.
Anyone can access their data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to contact@peptidlab.li. A deletion request before a draw counts as withdrawal from the giveaway.
Article 10 — Liability
The organiser is not responsible for an Internet outage, for an email not received because of a wrong address or a spam filter, or for a delivery delay caused by the carrier.
The giveaway is not organised or sponsored by Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform on which it may be advertised.
Article 11 — These rules
Taking part means fully accepting these rules. The organiser may change them; the version in force is the one published on this page, where they can be read free of charge. In case of translation, the French version prevails.
Article 12 — Applicable law
The giveaway is governed by French law, subject to the rules that protect consumers in their country of residence. Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@peptidlab.li. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
