What is BPC157?

BPC157 stands for “Body Protection Compound 157”. It is a synthetic pentadecapeptide: a chain of 15 amino acids whose sequence comes from a protein present in human gastric juice.

What the research studies

BPC157 is studied, mainly in animal models, for its role in the repair of tendons, ligaments, muscles and the digestive mucosa. It is often associated with TB500 in regeneration research protocols.

What is the difference between the BPC157 and the TB500?

BPC157 is a 15 amino acid peptide derived from a gastric protein. TB500 is derived from thymosin beta-4. Both are studied in regeneration, by different mechanisms.

Is there a format combining BPC157 and TB500?

How is the identity of BPC157 verified?
